Now this is a proper turbo trainer rather than one of the cheaper wheel-on jobs.

The Elite Direto is a direct-drive smart trainer with an integrated power meter, ANT+ and Bluetooth connectivity, so it works with things like Zwift, MyWhoosh, TrainerRoad and Elite’s own software. It gives a much more realistic riding feel than a basic turbo and automatically controls resistance when you’re using a smart training app.

This particular one is a used example and does show some marks from use, but nothing to affect the way it works. The main thing is that it’s a proper direct-drive smart trainer with a built-in power meter.
