The Ensemble Designs BrightEye NXT 430-X is a compact video router with built-in up/down/cross conversion — it routes 3G/HD/SD signals AND converts formats on the fly, so mixed sources all come out clean. Two clean-switch outputs, frame sync, test signal generators, 2 SFP expansion slots, web-based control. Fits in 1/3 rack space. If you need a small router that also handles format conversion, this is it.
