00 Bachmann 39-229A BR Mk1 Brake/Corridor Composite BCK Chocolate/CreamExcellent conditionBoxed Sold by modelrailwaytrader.co.uk If you have not bought from us before, please note: Welcome to ModelRailwayTrader. We work by offering the best possible prices on a high volume of items. You will get exactly what is shown in the listing. Please check the description and the photographs - we aim to mention significant damage or defects, but the photos do form part of the description. Sadly we are aware of a tiny (but persistant!) minority of Ebay buyers who seek partial refunds based on claims of parts missing or minor defects (despite the listing beng clear on these points). We ALWAYS refund on return of any item you are not happy with, but we NEVER give partial refunds (we consider this to be unfair on other bidders who correctly considered the listing). If you don't like this policy please buy elsewhere! The majority of our items are shipped with a card giving our email address. Please contact us immediately by email if there is a problem and we'll do all we can to sort quickly. This is addition to the normal Ebay buyer protection. If you buy multiple items we can normally combine postage, but please message us to make us aware - we will then issue an invoice (or refund excess postage if you have already paid). This will not happen automatically, and we may have already despatched items separately if we are not aware. We normally despatch items very quickly, but our advertised dispatch time is 3 working days and postage is 3-5 working day delivery; 8 working days in total. Please don't query delivery before that period has elapsed. We are a small team; we therefore no longer reply to queries on deliveries before 8 working days have passed as finding the information to reply simply delays other customers parcels. Rest assured that we will deal with any postage issues after this period has elapsed and will always refund in the very rare event of damage or loss. If you want a faster delivery please askbefore placing the order. We do not make any profit on the p&p we charge - it has to cover not just the cost of the postage label, but also Ebays fees on the postage cost.
