Highly UV Resistant - Highly UV resistant, this one step primer helps preserve and protect urethanes, increasing the lifespan of windshield installations. It can also be utilized as a blackout primer to protect against the damage and weakening that UV rays can cause

Quick Dry, No Activator Needed - This product is a one-part, single step primer that dries quickly and needs no activator. Best applied with included urethane primer daubers. Cures and dries in 10 minutes

Inhibits Corrosion on Pinchwelds and More - In addition to its applications for auto glass, our one-part primer is perfect for touching up minor scratches on pinchwelds to prevent corrosion and can also be used when priming encapsulated glass and other PVC/encapsulated parts. Also works with PAAS windshield systems

Brand Name Quality at a Great Value - Our Berkland One Step Primer offers the same quality as the major brand names (based on in-house testing) at a much more affordable price. Compare to PN 08681 and 08682

• ONE STEP URETHANE PRIMER — NO ACTIVATOR NEEDED — Apply directly to bare metal pinchwelds and glass surfaces without a separate activator step. This single-step primer promotes superior adhesion between the windshield and urethane adhesive, creating a stronger, longer-lasting bond than adhesive alone.
• PREVENTS PINCHWELD CORROSION — The primer coats exposed metal on the pinchweld channel, creating a protective barrier against moisture, road salt, and oxidation. Without primer, bare metal corrodes under the urethane — eventually causing bond failure and leaks. One Step stops corrosion before it starts.
• WORKS WITH ALL URETHANE WINDSHIELD ADHESIVES — Compatible with polyurethane windshield adhesives from all major brands. Use as the prep step before applying your urethane adhesive for professional-grade glass installation on cars, trucks, SUVs, and RVs.
• QUICK-DRYING — READY FOR ADHESIVE IN MINUTES — Apply, let dry for a few minutes, then lay your urethane bead. The fast-dry formula keeps your windshield installation moving without long wait times between primer and adhesive steps. No heat gun or UV light required.
• INCLUDES APPLICATOR & GLOVES — 30 ML — Each bottle includes foam applicator daubers and disposable nitrile gloves for clean, precise primer application. The 30 mL bottle provides enough primer for multiple windshield installations. Compact size stores easily in your tool kit.
