Directions for Use

1. Ensure the skin around the application area is clean and completely dry.
2. Open the sachet only when you are ready to use the patch.
3. Tear open the sachet by hand. Do not cut the sachet.
4. Remove the heat patch and gently peel away the protective film.
5. Apply the adhesive side directly to the skin over the lower abdominal area where relief is needed.
6. After use, slowly peel off the patch.
7. Do not use for more than 8 hours in one day.
