TROUBLESHOOTING

No flow / gauge stays at zero Cause: 1-lb bottle not empty; big tank not inverted; valve closed; Fix：Vent 1-lb bottle completely, invert supply tank, open valves slowly Stops filling at ~30 % Cause: Warm bottle / low supply pressure; Fix: Pre-chill 1-lb bottle; switch to fresher 20-lb tank Liquid sprays from black knob Cause: Loose seal / failed gasket; Fix: Stop; close valves; replace gasket; hand-tighten only Gauge flickers then drops Cause: Normal equalisation; bottle is full; Fix: Use weight, not gauge, as final check
