- All cards are packaged securely for shipment. Raw cards are protected with a penny sleeve, top loader, team bag, and additional protective materials appropriate to the selected shipping method.
- Orders shipped by Canada Post Lettermail are packaged using a rigid protective mailer designed to provide additional stability and protection during transit.
- Tracked orders are packaged with appropriate stability inserts and protective shipping materials based on the size and contents of the order.
- Combined shipping is available on eligible orders unless otherwise specified in the listing.
Canada Shipping:
Economy Lettermail - Ungraded/Raw Cards
- Eligible lower-value raw cards may be shipped using Canada Post Lettermail where offered in the listing.
- Lettermail shipments are packaged using a rigid protective mailer for additional stability during transit.
- Canada Post Lettermail does not include tracking or delivery confirmation.
- Delivery times may vary and can be longer than tracked parcel services.
- Lettermail availability may be limited by the quantity, thickness, size, or total value of the cards included in an order.
- Additional items purchased with lettermail will be $0.50 per additional item.
- Orders exceeding the applicable value or packaging requirements for Lettermail will require tracked shipping.
- Combined orders that achieve the base value of our tracked shipping rate will have their orders upgraded at time of processing.
Standard Tracked Shipping - Ungraded/Raw Cards
- Eligible raw card orders ship via Canada Post tracked service for rate of $8.50 CAD per order, with an additional cost of $0.50 per additional card, or otherwise specified.
- Buyers may combine multiple eligible raw singles into one order while maintaining the same base tracked shipping rate, subject to applicable size and weight limitations.
- Tracked shipping provides shipment tracking and delivery confirmation.
Graded Cards
- Graded cards are shipped using a tracked service only.
- Lettermail is not available for graded cards.
- Applicable tracked shipping charges will be displayed in the individual listing based on the shipping service and packaging required.
Shipping upgrades or service changes cannot be made after the transaction has been completed.
United States & International Shipping:
- Orders shipped to the United States are sent using a tracked service through Canada Post, UPS, or an eligible eBay international shipping service.
- Canadian domestic shipping rates do not apply to United States or international orders.
- Accurate customs information, including item descriptions and country/region of manufacture where required, will be provided with each shipment.
- Any applicable duties, taxes, import charges, or brokerage fees assessed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise collected or specified by eBay during checkout.
Returns
- Returns are accepted on eligible graded cards within 30 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be received in the same condition in which they were delivered.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item received does not match the listing description.
- Ungraded/Raw trading card sales are final unless otherwise required under applicable eBay policies.
