The Cars Greatest Hits brings together the band’s most iconic singles, showcasing their sleek blend of new wave, pop rock and polished studio production. With sharp hooks, glossy synth textures and the unmistakable vocal interplay of Ric Ocasek and Benjamin Orr, the compilation highlights the group’s run of radio‑defining hits from the late 70s through the mid‑80s. Featuring classics such as Just What I Needed, Drive, You Might Think and Shake It Up, the album captures the band’s evolution from angular new wave innovators to mainstream pop rock staples.
