This listing is for two vintage Cartier Brass Openwork Candle Holders with lids. Cartier produced them from solid brass in the 1950s-1960s. Each holder has the script "Cartier" logo at the base. The holders have an organic openwork flame pattern cut into the brass walls of the cylinder. When a lit candle is inside, a lovely shadow pattern is created. The candle holders originally held Cartier's luxury scented candles. This pair of holders is empty, but most standard 9 ounce candles in a glass container will fit nicely.

Each candle holder measures about 4 1/2" tall with the lid on, and is approximately 3 3/8" in diameter.
