Precautions
1. Working Medium
Petrochemical mineral oil with a viscosity range of 10‑300 mm²/s can be used; it is recommended to use No.46 hydraulic oil. Different types of hydraulic oils should not be mixed.
2. Working Temperature
Operating temperature range:‑20℃ to 100℃; for extended service life, it is recommended to operate within the 20℃ to 80℃ range.
3. Installation
Avoid applying any radial or axial pressure.
4. Cleanliness
The oil cleanliness level of the system shall not exceed 9 (NA51638).
5. Pipe connection
Select appropriate oil pipes and mold heads; avoid corners that may cause issues; ensure all oil pipes and mold heads are fully installed.
6. Exhaust
Before initial use, purge air from the tank and pipelines under low pressure without negative pressure; if air remains inside the tank or pipes, it may cause noise and vibration, affecting normal operation.
7. Maintenance
Pump maintenance and repair must be handled by personnel trained in professional operations; only work within specified limits; regularly check whether the nuts are tightened according to standard resistance values, and perform timely maintenance.
