Professional one-component polyurethane spray insulation for walls, roofs, ceilings, pipes and hard-to-reach areas. Simply screw a can onto the included foam gun and spray – no specialist equipment or contractor needed. Ideal for new builds and for thermally upgrading older buildings, indoors and outdoors.

Key features

• High coverage – one can covers approx. 2 m² at 2.5 cm, or 1 m² at 5 cm thickness
• Build up in layers – apply max. 4 cm per layer, wait 20 minutes between layers; no limit on total thickness
• Fast drying – touch dry in approx. 40 minutes, fully cured in 24 hours
• Does not absorb moisture – very low water-vapour permeability, helps control condensation

How to use

1. Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of dust, grease and ice. Protect nearby surfaces from overspray.
2. Bring cans to room temperature (18–25°C) before use.
3. Shake the can well, screw it onto the gun and fit a spray nozzle.
4. Spray from 30–45 cm, max. 4 cm per layer. Shake the can regularly while working.
5. Clean the gun with PU foam cleaner after use.

Temperatures for application: can 18–25°C · surface 10–30°C · air 10–30°C.
