Dal 1996 METAF si occupa della vendita e del noleggio di strumentazione elettronica, nuova e ricondizionata.

Offriamo inoltre servizi di riparazione, calibrazione e certificazione presso il nostro centro assistenza tecnico; siamo anche in grado di effettuare calibrazioni ISO9001 e ACCREDIA.

Infine, in Italia, siamo rivenditori ufficiali dei marchi Rigol, Siglent e Flir.

UNITA' DISPONIBILE A STOCK

• LA DESCRIZIONE E LE CARATTERISTICHE SONO INDICATIVE, MENTRE LE FOTO SONO DEL PRODOTTO REALE
• Su ogni strumento, dopo essere testato, vengono applicati dei sigilli di garanzia; se rimossi o danneggiati la garanzia decade. Accettiamo la garanzia solo se il guasto non è causato intenzionalmente dall’utente finale. 
• La restituzione è prevista solo in CASO DI GUASTO o MAL FUNZIONAMENTO, non causato intenzionalmente dall’utente finale. Se lo strumento presenta dei difetti, delle mancanze o altro, l’acquirente dovrà spedire l’unità presso la nostra sede sostenendo le spese di trasporto, e noi provvederemo a ripararlo in garanzia (dove previsto) oppure a sostituirlo con uno strumento uguale. Lo strumento difettato o guasto ci dovrà pervenire nelle condizioni di imballaggio iniziali (così come è stato spedito la prima volta) e con tutti gli accessori presenti al momento della vendita. In ogni caso, prima di procedere alla spedizione c/o METAF, siete pregati di attendere la nostra autorizzazione (RMA). 
•  Prima di procedere all’acquisto, Vi preghiamo di controllare che l’unità sia disponibile a stock, oppure di contattarci per avere informazioni più dettagliate sui tempi di consegna. 
• Non dimenticate di lasciare il vostro feedback positivo, che provvederemo subito a ricambiare; se invece avete riscontrato dei problemi, siete pregati di non lasciare feedback negativi o neutri, ma di contattarci direttamente in modo da poter risolvere insieme il problema.

UNIT AVAILABLE FROM STOCK

§  THE DESCRIPTION AND FEATURES OF THE UNITS ARE INDICATIVE, INSTEAD THE PICTURES ARE OF THE REAL UNIT. 

§  We'll apply our warranty seals on each unit after we've tested it; if the warranty seals are damaged or removed, the warranty is void. We will accept the warranty only if the damage is not intentionally caused by the buyer.

§  The restitution is allowed only if the damage is not intentionally caused by the buyer. If the unit has some defects, deficiencies or other, the buyer had to ship it at our office, and we'll repair it in warranty or replace it with an equal unit. The damaged unit must be send back to us in the same condition and with the same accessories that we've sent you. In any case, before to ship us back the unit, please wait for our authorization (RMA).

§  Before proceeding to the purchase of the unit, please be sure that it’s available from stock, or contact us to have more information about the shipping times.  

§  Please, don’t forget to send us your positive feedback, and we’ll send it you back. If you had any problem, please don’t send us a negative or neutral feedback, but contact us and we will solve the problem together.

 

 

PAYMENTS – PAGAMENTI

Si accettano pagamenti tramite PayPal e bonifico bancario da parte di acquirenti provenienti dagli Stati Uniti d’America e dall’Europa, mentre per gli acquirenti provenienti dagli altri paesi è accettato soltanto il pagamento tramite bonifico bancario anticipato. 

We will accept the payment by wire transfer and PayPal for the buyers who come from United States of America or from Europe; for the buyers who come from others countries we will accept only the payment by anticipated wire transfer.

 

 

SHIPPING – SPEDIZIONE

§  La spedizione viene effettuata il giorno stesso o, al massimo, il giorno successivo all’effettuazione del pagamento.

§  Gli imballi vengono fatti accuratamente. 

§  Spediamo a mezzo corriere in tutto il mondo. 

§  Per l’eventuale danneggiamento degli oggetti spediti a mezzo corriere, la nostra azienda declina ogni responsabilità; in tal caso siete pregati di contattare immediatamente il corriere che Vi ha consegnato l’oggetto e fare una contestazione. 

§  Lo strumento può essere spedito in una valigia/box di alluminio, al costo aggiuntivo di 15,00€ oltre al prezzo della spedizione, o, in alternativa, con la classica scatola in cartone senza nessun costo aggiuntivo. 

 

 

 

 

§  The shipment is done the same day of the payment or, at most, the next one.

§  The packages are made carefully. 

§  We will ship by courier all over the world. 

§  For the damage of units shipped by courier, our company disclaims any liability; in this case, please contact immediately the courier and made a complaint. 

§  The unit can be shipped in aluminum box, at the additional price of 15,00€ to the shipping cost; in alternative it can be shipped with the classic carton box without additional cost.

• La fattura di vendita deve essere richiesta al momento dell’acquisto, comunicando i proprio dati; successivamente non sarà più possibile emetterla perché al momento dell’acquisto viene rilasciata una ricevuta.
• Tutti i prezzi indicati sono IVA inclusa. 
• Il prezzo IVA esclusa è di € 585,00
•  I costi di spedizione, le tasse e gli oneri doganali variano a seconda del paese dal quale viene effettuato l’acquisto.
