Adjusting Keycap Tightness: Due to variations between different batches and switch types, there may be slight differences in the cross-shaped pins and keycap sockets, which can cause issues with keycap tightness. Generally, if a keycap is too tight, use a heat gun to blow warm air onto the keycap’s base before inserting it into the keyboard. If it’s too loose, blow warm air onto the base, give it a gentle squeeze, then insert it into the keyboard to see if it feels tighter. Repeat until the fit is just right.
