Power Distribution & Input
- Main Supply Interface: Dual pluggable 4-pin screw terminal blocks labeled Us-, Us+, Us-, Us+ (allows for daisy-chaining or looping the sensor power supply across multiple test boards).
- Operating Voltage: Typically 24 V DC (standard PLC industrial signaling voltage).
- Simulation Configuration:
- Divided into two distinct physical sections: GRUPPE 1 (Channels 1–8) and GRUPPE 2 (Channels 1–8).
- Together, they map to 16 separate output signaling points labeled 1+ to 16+ and 1- to 16-.
Simulation Controls & Visual Indicators
- Manual Toggle Switches: 16 independent subminiature SPDT toggle switches. Flipping a switch pulls the respective simulation pin to its active high state (
ON). - Visual Status Feedback: 16 integrated Red LEDs grouped right above the corresponding channel output blocks. The specific LED illuminates immediately when its corresponding channel toggle switch is thrown to the active position.
Connection Technology & Mechanical Setup
- Terminal Blocks: Industrial-grade green pitch screw-clamp terminal blocks (MSTB style), guaranteeing vibration-resistant connections.
- Rear Cable Interfaces: 4 rows of 8-pin pluggable connector housings. The second picture reveals explicit mapping configurations (e.g., Us- 1.1, Us+ 1.1, 21.31.41.51.61.71.8) designed to break out signals cleanly into centralized PLC I/O cards via multi-conductor ribbon cables or system cabling adapters.
- Mounting Integration: Integrated heavy-duty green PVC plastic foot elements, fully compatible with standard 35mm DIN rail profile shapes (DIN EN 60715).
