Each port can be configured independently for RS-232, RS-422, or RS-485. The standard 7201 uses 16C850 UARTs. The 7201-SN variant uses 16C950 UARTs for features such as custom baud rates and 9-bit protocols, so those features should not be assumed for a board marked only 7201 Rev. F-3.
The card uses two DB-9M connectors, but the exact pin assignment depends on the selected electrical mode and should be taken from the 7201 manual before wiring. QEMS 3804 appears to be a board/manufacturing marking rather than a separate commercial model number.
