Manufactured in the USA, this classic mid-century attachment features the tan and cream casing with a gold grid faceplate, top 'S' dial, and side stitch width slider designed for slant needle machines including the Singer 301, 401A, 403, 404, 500A Rocketeer, and 600 series.

​This complete set includes all 6 original metal template cams (5 stored in the case slots and 1 loaded inside the buttonholer device), the slant shank feed cover throat plate with its mounting screw attached inside the case, the original paper instruction manual, and the green oval plastic storage case.

Mechanically, the attachment unit functions smoothly with clean internal metal gears, clear patent stampings, and a bright cosmetic finish. Please note that the green plastic storage case hinge is broken, so the lid and body are completely separated into two pieces as shown in image #22916, though both halves still house the unit and accessories nicely for display and storage.
