Product Description
This listing is for a used STAX Ear Speaker System SRS-4170, which includes the SR-407 Signature ear speakers and the SRM-006tS driver unit. The unit has been confirmed to be in working order. The SR-407 utilizes the same diaphragm as the high-end SR-507 model and is known for its high resolution and natural sound quality, particularly characteristic of electrostatic ear speakers. The SRM-006tS features a vacuum tube output stage and provides three input options: two RCA and one balanced XLR input. It has dual-axis volume controls for independent left and right volume adjustment. The appearance is relatively clean for its age, though there are some signs of use such as minor scratches and dirt, and the ear pads exhibit slight wear. Accessories included are the user manual, power cable, and RCA pin plugs.
