The print has virtually come off the valve. But I've had it confirmed based on its construction it is a Vintage Tungsram ECC83 Dual Triode Vacuum Tube / Valve.
It has been tested on an AVO Valve Characteristic meter Mk3 and tests strong.
A1 gm = 1.85mA/V ( Typical 1.6 ) Ia = 1.3mA
A2 gm = 1.7mA/V Ia = 1.2mA
It has been tested in the V1 postion in a guitar amplifier and sounds good in my opinion.
