This is a square dial clock set into a rectangular brass face plate

Hard clam-shell case covered in a tan brown leatherette material

Approximately 3½" (9cm) x 3⅛" (8cm)

In Very Good Condition* and Perfect Working order

*The adjusting knob for the alarm setting is missing but the adjusting knob for time setting can be used for this (simply pull it off and use to set the alarm time before returning to the time setting)
