PREMIUM DOT FITTINGS: brass DOT air fittings are made of CA360 pure brass, meet D.O.T. FMVSS 571.106 approved, SAE J1131 air brake system requirements, with corrosion resistance, high-temperature ductility, low permeability and long service life.

MAX WORKING INTENSITY: The DOT brass push lock air fittings can be operated in pressures from vacuum to 800 PSI and in temperatures from -40°F to +248°F (-40°C to +120°C). Note: see the tubing manufacturer's recommendations for pressure and temperature mutations.

AIR SUSPENSION VALVE: 1/4" DOT inflation Schrader valves are made of CA360 pure brass, which is durable and corrosion-resistant. Thread length: 3/4". Provide a manual inflation point to air spring suspension bags. Each expansion valve is equipped with a protective cap to prevent dirt and mud.

EASY INSTALLATION: The quick connect design and precise NPT threading make installation of air brake accessories easy, just push to connect. And there is pre-applied sealant on NPT male thread for better sealing.
