Used vintage condition. Structurally sound and fully functional, but exhibiting heavy exterior cosmetic wear from regular use and pocket carry. The outer gold-tone metal barrel shows widespread scuffing, surface scratching, finish dulling, and dark tarnish/oxidation patches throughout. Rims, cap collars, and bezel borders display visible rubbing and brassing. The cobalt blue porcelain plaque is well preserved with rich color and intact gilt courtier artwork and cursive "Limoges" signature. The spring-loaded hinge operates smoothly, snapping the mirror open cleanly upon opening. The mirror glass is complete without breaks, showing typical vintage age haze and edge desilvering. The interior tube is clean with natural metal darkening. Base is stamped "BREVETE S.G.D.G. LCS PARIS - FRANCE".
