An extraordinary, high-end Mid-Century collector's piece by Regina Novelty Co. (New York, NY), this signed Regency statement brooch combines rare artisan materials with stunning visual impact. Measuring an oversized 3.5 by 1.8 inches and weighing over 40 grams, the multi-tiered architectural framework elevates a complex, high-dimension cluster of stones.

Excellent vintage condition for its age. All stones and cabochons are original, intact, and firmly prong-set. Under 365nm and 395nm UV blacklight, the faceted peridot and olivine rhinestones emit a vivid, brilliant neon-green uranium fluorescence. The three large crinkle-foil cabochons and central emerald dome cabochon are smooth with no chips, cracks, or fleabites. Clear, fiery brilliance across all faceted chatons, pear drops, and marquise cuts, with vivid rainbow flash on the aurora borealis accents. The gold-plated reverse displays light, natural vintage patina with no verdigris. Clearly stamped "REGENCY" on an applied oval cartouche. Straight pin stem and secure, smoothly functioning rollover clasp.
