I will assume it’s used because it’s not in the original packaging and it has some signs of wear which could include scuffs, scratches, Knicks, dents and other signs of wear. For best idea of condition, please see all photos provided.

This has a filter inside that looks to be in great condition and maybe never used. I can provide photos of the internals if necessary. I don’t know what this is used for outside of knowing it’s an inline fuel filter for racing. It measures at about 6” long from end to end and 4”x2” at the hollow section. See pics
