All-in-one boxing set: This punch bag stand includes a heavy-duty stand, a 20 kg boxing bag and a bungee cord, giving you everything needed to start boxing, kickboxing, or fitness training right out of the box

No-drill freestanding design: This heavy punching bag stand requires no wall or ceiling mounting, making it suitable for renters and home gyms. Place it in a garage, basement, bedroom, or workout room and start training without permanent installation

Stable support: Built with 1.3 mm thick steel tubing, this boxing stand supports punching bags up to 120 kg. Three weight plate holders let you add extra weight to improve stability. Note: Fits weight plates with a centre hole of 2.5 cm or larger

Multi-layer punching bag: The included boxing bag measures 30 x 90 cm and features a tough PVC exterior, shock-absorbing EPE foam and a PU fibre filling. It helps absorb impact, maintain its shape and deliver realistic striking feedback with every punch

Smooth swing: A 360° rotating chain on the punch bag bracket helps the hanging bag move without tangling, cutting training interruptions so straight punches, flurries and combo drills flow more smoothly and keep a steadier rhythm at home

Home workouts often fade when walls can't be drilled and separate gear keeps delaying training. That frustration grows when a shaky setup breaks your focus mid-session. SPORTNOW boxing punching bag with stand changes the scene with an included 20 kg boxing bag, freestanding design for living rooms or garages and a 120 kg frame with plate posts for steadier strikes. This SPORTNOW punching bag stand helps build a reliable home boxing corner.
