COLORS:  We do our best to list colors accurately and coordinate our camera so they match as close to reality as possible.  However, colors may vary slightly - especially if color settings on viewing devices have been customized. Same products may have slight color variations for a multitude of reasons, i.e. manufacturing, age, storage, etc. 

SHIPPING TIME: Due to my work schedule, typically, I can only package & ship items on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (excluding holidays). However, I will make every effort to ship sooner. Most items will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping charges are calculated using dimensional weight (volume) or the actual weight of the shipped product, whichever is higher. The listed weight of this item(s) may reflect the dimensional shipping charge for the final package, not the actual weight of the item(s). International shipments may be subject to tariffs and are expected to be paid by you, the buyer.

RETURNS: We do not accept returns. However, should there be an error in the posting description and/or the item received is not in the same condition as posted or defective we will accept returns within 7 days of the original date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price (NOT including any shipping fees paid). All items must come back in the same condition it was shipped out and received in before a refund will be provided. Buyer pays return shipping fees. 

Unfortunately, under no circumstances will I be able to accept returns on international shipments. It is just too costly turn a profit on returning international sales. Please take that into your decision making if you are outside the USA.

REQUIREMENT FOR DAMAGED RETURNS:

I take a lot of time to package my items carefully. I use a variation of fresh bubble wrap, packing peanuts, packing paper and/or cardboard to protect your item during shipping. However, the postal carriers, at times, do not understand the word "FRAGILE". This is why I insure all boxes.  If your order does have any damage, you are required to keep the box, all packing materials and the damaged item for any claim.

Combining Shipping on Multiple Purchases: I aim to ship items as quickly as possible, so please let me know as soon as you can if you will have multiple items or would like me to hold your purchase(s) while you look at my other listings. I'm very happy to combine shipping, when possible.
