Main body: The upper part is a threaded drive shaft with a sealing gasket, which is golden in color.
Function: It is screwed onto the riveting gun to rivet the riveting nut onto thin plates, pipes, and other thin-walled workpieces.
Easy usage method:
1. Drill a hole of the same size as the nut
2. Install the screw into the drilled hole at the desired installation position
3. Fix the hexagonal rivet head with a wrench and tighten the screw
4. Installation completed, the equipment can be installed
Working principle: Insert the gun head core shaft into the riveting nut, the tool applies tension, the riveting nut is compressed and deformed to closely adhere to the back of the sheet, forming a firm internal threaded hole, and subsequent screws can be directly tightened.
Applications: Automotive repair, trailer assembly, industrial operations, home decoration
Note:The gun head model must be exactly the same as the riveting nut specification (e.g.: M6 gun head can only be used with M6 riveting nuts)
