Usage
- Choose the desired dies and install them on the bender.
- Rotate the handle until the metal is pressed into the desired arc.
Care & Maintenance
- Occasionally apply a light layer of oil with a soft cloth to moving parts and dies; move the handle back and forth (without dies inserted) and add oil around it.
- If stored long-term, apply a small amount of oil to components and keep in a sealed container in a dry place.
- To avoid rust, consider including a small silica or desiccant bag inside the sealed storage (not included).
Important Notes
- Compatibility: Designed for soft metals such as gold, silver and copper with thickness < 3mm / 0.12in. Please confirm material thickness before use.
- Mounting caution: Screws may be used with the pre-drilled holes to fix the unit to a bench; please do not insert a screw into the post hole. A G-clamp may also be used (not included).
- Please allow slight color differences due to lighting and a 1–3 cm measurement variance from manual measuring.
