This arm is MISSING the central locking knob (the large black knob that screws onto the center threaded stud and locks all the joints). The threaded stud is present, as shown in the photos, but the knob itself is not included.

Without the knob, the arm cannot be locked in position, so it is not functional as-is. A replacement knob is needed to use it.
