This is a set of 5 Thames China dessert bowls made in Japan. I believe they can be used for fruits, desserts or sauces, they are on the smaller side so please note that they are not larger bowls for soup or salad. They feature the moss rose pattern and have gold trim on the edges. On the back is the stamp which reads: Thames China: Made in Japan. These would make for good additions for anyone trying to complete or replace parts of a set.
