About us

Family run business

THBaker was founded in 1888 as a family-run business and has since established itself as one of the leading independent jewelers while remaining within the family. THBaker has a network of famous stores across the UK. Throughout this time, it has remained a company that rewards quality, value, and service above all else.
Authorized Dealer

The company's rich heritage has provided a solid foundation on which to build today's THBaker, which retains the same traditional values but continually seeks to expand in new and exciting ways. This includes giving THBaker an online platform to showcase only the best jewelry and watches. As an authorized dealer, we seek to offer online buyers the same quality of customer service and products. All purchases made through our TH Baker online store are fully insured, so our customers can rest assured with our delivery process.
Stores located nationwide

THBaker operates 23 stores located in the Midlands and South England. Each store has its own team of staff available ready to assist customers with extensive product knowledge. Please visit our Store page to find the nearest store and contact information. THBaker's increasingly innovative spirit is perhaps best demonstrated by its recently opened Green + Benz stores and the opening of six new TH Baker stores. With a new development always in the works, THBaker hopes to offer an even wider choice in the future. To learn more about THBaker's legacy, check out our Company History Page.

Our couriers charge a surcharge to some UK islands, Northern Ireland and Scottish Islands, unfortunately we have to transfer this charge to our customers. This does not affect all products and services, those we can send via Royal Mail are charged at a flat rate. Although we do not want to transfer surcharges to our customers, we are unable to absorb the full cost of shipping these orders.
When you place an order with us, we like to make sure our shipping costs are clear and easy to understand. It may seem like a heavy read but will respond to all your delivery requests.

We ship our orders from our warehouse via Royal Mail or one of our couriers below, subject to stock availability and security checks. The delivery method used depends on the size, weight and value of the order.

Any package delivered via special delivery will require a signature upon arrival. If you are not at home, the driver will leave a fact sheet.

You can track the progress of your package via the Track My Order link at the top of the page. If your goods have been shipped via a trackable service you will be able to track your order step by step using the courier's online tracking system.
