Founded as a family owned business in 1888, THBaker has since established itself as a leading independent jeweler but remains family owned. THBaker has a network of popular stores across the UK. Throughout this time, it has remained a company that values quality, value and service above all else.

The companys rich heritage has laid a solid foundation for building todays THBaker, maintaining the same traditional values but constantly trying to expand in new and exciting ways. This includes providing THBaker with an online platform that showcases only the finest jewelry and watches. As an authorized dealer, we aim to provide the same quality of customer service and products to online buyers. All purchases made through our TH Baker online store are fully insured so our customers can have peace of mind with our delivery process.

Payment

Here at TH>Baker we accept many different payment methods.
 


Paypal - the preferred payment method that ensures the fastest shipping. Items will be shipped once payment is received from a confirmed PayPal account.
 


Credit/Debit Card - We accept all major credit and debit cards. Please call 01562 312224.
The order must be sent to the same address as the billing address.
 


Bank Transfer - We can also accept payment by BACS wire transfer. Please call 01562 312224. for more information.

For items that display "Free Delivery", the estimated delivery time is a maximum of 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods. Please check our handling time at the bottom of the listing.
 
Our carriers charge a surcharge on certain British Isles, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Isles. Unfortunately we have to pass this surcharge on to our customers. This does not apply to all products and services, those we can send via Royal Mail will be charged a flat rate. Although we do not wish to pass the surcharges on to our customers, we are unable to cover the entire cost of shipping these orders.
When you place an order with us, we want to make sure that our shipping costs are clear and easy to understand. It may seem like an extensive read but it will answer all your delivery requests.
 
We dispatch our orders from our warehouse via Royal Mail or one of our couriers listed below, subject to stock availability and security checks. The shipping method used is based on the size, weight and value of the order.
 
Each parcel delivered via special delivery will require a signature upon arrival. When you are not at home, the driver will leave an information card.
 
You can track the progress of your package using the "Track My Order" link at the top of the page. If your goods have been dispatched by a trackable service, you can track your order step by step using the courier's online tracking system.

Conditions

Return Policy:
We offer a 30 day return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original condition and receive an exchange or full refund. Please email your contact details.
Unfortunately we cannot refund the return shipping cost for items that are not faulty.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS:
We inspect all our items before they are shipped. In the unlikely event that something is faulty or damaged, please contact us by phone to arrange the next steps. You may be required to provide photographic proof of damage/fault.












We reserve the right not to issue a refund if the item and packaging are not in satisfactory condition upon return.
