This nifty, drop-rate cover(has minor stains, and creases around its edges; back flap is intact, but has a tear in it caused when the mail was originally opened) was sent on April 15, 1881, from Walla Walla(CDS and fancy cancel are admittedly faded/light in places), Washington Territory, to a Mr. H. Parker, Walla Walla, Washington Territory! As for the white and blue, 1-Cent, "Franklin," it's got some perf damage around its top, left corner, and has some minor stains around some perfs, but is in good condition, otherwise. Noted imperfections aside, this cover remains a unique item connected to Walla Walla, Washington Territory, and a Mr. H. Parker!
