RARE 1960s BARBIE BOUDOIR PAK #1834 – VINTAGE MATTEL ACCESSORIES SEALED ON CARD
A wonderful and unusual find for collectors of original 1960s Barbie accessories!
Offered for sale is a beautiful group of original vintage Mattel Barbie bath and beauty accessories associated with the Barbie’s Boudoir Pak #1834 (1963–1965).
These charming miniature accessories capture the wonderful detail, craftsmanship, and style of early Barbie collectibles. More than 60 years later, the pieces remain together on a plain white cardboard backing, secured beneath aged transparent plastic wrapping.
Unlike the more familiar colorful retail packaging, this example features a simple white cardboard presentation, making it a particularly interesting piece for collectors of early Mattel Barbie items and vintage packaging.

The following accessories are visible on the card:

IMPORTANT COLLECTOR INFORMATION – PACKAGING & COMPLETENESS
Collector references for the original Barbie’s Boudoir Pak #1834 identify additional accessories, including a miniature telephone and soap.
These additional items are not present on this card.
What makes this example especially interesting is its unusual packaging arrangement.
The accessories remain attached to a plain white cardboard backing beneath old transparent wrapping. Upon visual inspection, we do not see obvious empty attachment positions or clear evidence indicating where a telephone or soap may previously have been attached.
It is possible that this group of accessories was originally packaged as an insert or component of a larger Mattel Barbie gift set, or that it represents another packaging arrangement from the period. However, we have not been able to independently verify that possibility.
We also cannot rule out the possibility that the original assortment was different or that some accessories were separated from it at an earlier time.
For these reasons, we are not representing this item as a complete Barbie’s Boudoir Pak #1834.

CONDITION – BEAUTIFULLY PRESERVED VINTAGE ACCESSORIES
The accessories present very well for their age, with attractive vintage colors and details.
The set was acquired in its present wrapped condition and has not been opened, rearranged, or repackaged by us.
Please note the following:
* The accessories remain secured to the cardboard backing beneath the existing clear wrapping.
* Both blue terry cloth towels are present and appear well preserved.
* The white cardboard shows signs of age and handling.
* The transparent plastic wrapping has wrinkles and age-related wear.
* The old adhesive tape shows yellowing and discoloration.
* The pink hairbrush pad shows visible aging and deterioration.
* Other minor age-related changes may be present.
Although the wrapping appears old and the contents remain attached, we cannot independently authenticate the packaging as original factory sealing.
The item is offered as a vintage collectible in its present condition, rather than as a newly manufactured product.
