Magic Scarf-like. I don't know if these are actually Magic Scarf brand, there is not a tag. These are really fun though because you can wear it like a regular scarf, or you can open it up and slip it over your head, and even shrug it down over your shoulders or beyond. I remember when they were advertised, they were showing off how (skinny) people could wear them like a dress! See pictures for measurements, approximately:
