About Us

Family Business

THBaker was founded in 1888 as a family business and has since established itself as a leading independent jeweler while remaining part of the family. THBaker has a network of popular stores across the UK. Throughout that time, it has remained a company that values quality, value, and service above all else.
Authorized Dealer

The company's rich heritage has provided a solid foundation upon which to build today's THBaker, which retains the same traditional values but continually seeks to expand in new and exciting ways. This includes giving THBaker an online platform to display only the finest jewelry and watches. As an authorized dealer, we seek to provide the same quality of customer service and products to online buyers. All purchases made through our TH Baker online store are fully insured so our customers can have peace of mind with our delivery process.
Stores located nationwide

THBaker operates 23 stores located in the Midlands and the South of England. Each store has its own team of helpful staff willing to assist customers with extensive product knowledge. Visit our Store Page to find your nearest store and contact information. THBaker's increasingly innovative spirit is perhaps best displayed in its newly established Green + Benz stores and in the opening of six new TH Baker stores. With new development always in the works, THBaker hopes to offer even more options in the future. To learn more about THBaker's legacy, check out our Company history page.

Our carriers apply a surcharge to certain islands in the UK, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Islands; unfortunately, we have to shift this charge to our customers. This does not affect all products and services, those we can ship via Royal Mail are charged at a flat rate. While we do not want to pass on surcharges to our customers, we cannot absorb the full cost of shipping these orders.
When you place an order with us, we like to make sure our shipping charges are clear and simple to understand. It may seem like a heavy reading, but it will answer all your delivery inquiries.

We ship our orders from our warehouse via Royal Mail or one of our couriers below subject to stock availability and security checks. The delivery method used is based on the size, weight, and value of the order.

Any package delivered by special delivery will require a signature upon arrival. If you are not home the driver will leave you an information card.

You can track the progress of your package by using the Track My Order link at the top of the page. If your products have been shipped using a trackable service, you will be able to track your order step by step using the online courier tracking system.
