1. Have the caliper off and then push the piston in with the c-clamp to make enough room for the new pads. Simply slide the old brake pads towards the outside of the caliper body and remove them.

2. Clean the caliper and rotor with the brake cleaner, and make sure that all the old brake dust are removed.

3. Install the new brake pads:

Place the first brake pad facing towards the outside

Place the next brake pad with the brake pad material facing towards the inside.

4. After both pads are installed, insert bolts and tighten.
