Small vintage impasto cityscape oil painting depicting a colorful urban street or architectural scene with buildings rendered in expressive layers of red, orange, yellow, blue, green, and earthy brown. The loose brushwork, visible paint texture, and saturated palette give the piece a distinctly mid-century Impressionist/Post-Impressionist character.
The painting is housed in a simple mitered natural wood frame that complements the warm architectural palette without competing with the artwork. Its compact size makes it particularly suitable for a gallery wall, bookshelf display, office, study, or collection of vintage original art.

Condition Vintage / Pre-Owned / Used Good overall vintage condition with age and wear consistent with an older original artwork. The painting retains strong color and substantial visible brush texture. There are areas of surface wear, age-related marks, and irregularities to the painted surface, including a rough/darkened area near one edge visible in the photographs where it appears someone drove 4 nails through the backside on each corner. This created one small bump hardly visible on three corners, and this area of cracked paint show on one corner. The natural wood frame shows scattered scratches, rubs, finish wear, small marks, and general age-related patina. The reverse fiberboard backing also shows age and surface wear and is retained with simple metal fasteners. No artist signature is visible in the supplied photographs. Please review all photographs closely, as they form an important part of the condition description.
