- 8mm/ 4mm arch-heel lift is the shoes design, not insoles thickness.

-These are made of supercritical EVA (blue/green/white base), not Ortholite foam, not ETPU popcorn foam. Please check your orginal shoes insoles, basically they are quite the same.
