This antique Victorian era pastel pink, blue and white striped soft flannel winter petticoat skirt dates from 1900. It is made of a pastel pink, blue and white woven striped print soft brushed nap flannel cotton fabric, with pink hand stitched embroidered decorative branch trim edging around the bottom. This pretty pastel lingerie underpinnings winter petticoat skirt is a long length with pleated gathering around the white cotton waistband, a mother of pearl button closure on the back and is unlined. The skirt measures 28 inches long, with a 28 inch waist and 48 inch hips. It is in excellent condition. This is truly a wonderful piece of antique Victoriana underpinnings wearable art!
