Beautiful pair of vintage Italian Murano sommerso art glass vases in striking cranberry red, golden yellow, and clear glass.

Both feature heavy clear casing with deeply faceted geometric forms and polished bases. Similar examples are frequently attributed to Mandruzzato, although comparable faceted sommerso designs are also sometimes attributed to Flavio Poli. These pieces are unsigned and are being offered as attributed to Mandruzzato / Murano, not as definitively documented examples.

The two different shapes display especially well together and appear to be from the same general period and color series.

Measurements:

• Smaller vase: approximately 6" tall × 1 7/8" wide

• Larger vase: approximately 6 3/4" tall × 2 3/4" wide at widest point

Vintage condition with normal light surface wear consistent with age. No chips, scratches, or other damages. Please review all photographs carefully for condition and details.

A very attractive matched-color pair for a Murano, mid-century modern, or Italian art glass collection.
