Original 1912 letter from the National Tribune in Washington DC promoting new legislation for both Civil War and Mexican War veterans. Legislation passed House, now awaiting Senate approval.  It measures 8&1/2x11".  In  good condition as shown with fold lines, minor edge damage and spotting as shown.  Will ship well protected via USPS.
