Shipping
Free UK delivery, usually 2–4 days. Dispatched within 1–2 working days of cleared payment.
We use several couriers, so a tracking number isn’t always available. Northern Ireland, the Highlands and offshore islands may take longer or carry a surcharge — message us before ordering if you’re unsure.
Return
30 days from delivery for a refund or exchange. Message us and we’ll send a prepaid return label.
No restocking fee. Return postage is the buyer’s only where the return isn’t due to our error. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of the item arriving back.
Payment
All major cards, PayPal and Apple Pay. Please complete payment within 3 days so we can dispatch without delay.
