Up for sale is a very nice small vintage Silver frame and is hallmarked 925 Sterling silver and I think was made by CARRS of Sheffield ltd originally founded by Ron Carr as it has the RC hallmark on it and the Tudor rose  hallmark and I think it has the letter v hallmark which represents the year 1995 when this item was made and it has a blue felt backing and is spring back and is  freestanding. Possibly originally purchased from Harrods of London in England United kingdom in the 1990s.

It is approximately 10 cm high and 7 cm long.

The item is around 30 years old and may have signs of age and use including some possible toning at the front and some slight colour loss to the felt and has just a slight scratch at the bottom of the frame edge but that does not matter as this item is lucky to still exist and the glass looks good and this item is a very collectible and desirable.
