Please note as a dehumidifier these units are ready to go however if you wish to switch the function to air purifying mode this turns off the dehumidification mode and you can then install a HEPA filter to purify the air. These are not included as they have a lifespan of approximately three months from the date of opening however they are readily available online on Amazon or eBay for about £10 for a pack of 4 if you require any further information please feel free to reach out.

Just to be clear you do not need to install the hepa filter for dehumidification as all this does slows the progress of the machine down makes it work harder and is less effective. The machines have a built-in dust filter at the back which should be cleaned regularly ideally using compressed air a vacuum or even a brush.
