This is a split body design phone case AKA a 360 style, one that comes in two halves.  A back with a Michigan Wolverines design on it and a clear plastic screen protector on the other.   They snap together to form the full case front to back.

Admittedly this has been in use for 6 months.  But it belonged to a light phone user so it's in pretty great shape despite that.  It only has one noticeable white scuff on the screen protector, but it's faint enough that it doesn't photograph.  The Wolverines side shows minor indents, too, but they're easy to miss as well.
