Shipping

• Free delivery - Free to most UK addresses, normally arriving in 3-7 days. A few items can take longer, up to 3 weeks.
• Couriers - We send with several couriers (for example Royal Mail, Evri or DPD) to get your parcel to you safely and on time. Because the courier can vary, a tracking number is not always provided automatically.
• Dispatch time - We dispatch within 1-2 working days once payment has cleared.
• Remote areas - The Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and offshore islands can carry an extra delivery charge or delivery limits. Message us before you order; otherwise the order may be cancelled and refunded.
• Local rules - Some items have restrictions in some areas. Please check the rules where you live before you order.
• Delivery questions - Message us any time for a tracking update or with any question about your delivery, and we will help.

Return

• 30-day returns - Not happy with your item? Send it back within 30 days of delivery and get all your money back, or an exchange.
• How to return - Message us to start a return. We will send you a prepaid return label and simple instructions.
• No restocking fee - We never charge a restocking fee. If the return is not caused by our mistake, the buyer pays the return postage.
• Refund time - We refund within 5 working days once the item is back with us in the same condition it arrived in.

Payment

We take all major cards, PayPal and Apple Pay. Every payment is processed securely and encrypted at checkout. Please pay within 3 days of buying so we can send your order without delay.
