Material Note: This is a wonderful mixed-material set common to the era. Some figures are made of classic chalkware / composition plaster (which gives them a heavy, substantial feel), while others are crafted from early mid-century molded hard plastic/polymer. They display wonderfully together with uniform scale and coloration!

Every single piece features the authentic stamped, inked, or embossed "ITALY" mark on the underside

The 8-Piece Collection Includes:

1. Baby Jesus in an attached straw manger with bright blue swaddling cloth accent (Approx. 2.25” Long).

2. Virgin Mary kneeling in prayer with hands crossed over her chest (Approx. 4” Tall).

3. St. Joseph kneeling holding his cloak, one hand to his chest (Approx. 4.25” Tall).

4. Shepherd Boy standing with a lamb draped across his shoulders (Approx. 5.5” Tall).

5. Kneeling King / Wise Man presenting a golden treasure box.

6. Standing King (Melchior) in red and beige robes holding a vessel.

7. Standing Moorish King (Balthasar) wearing a blue tunic and turban.

8. Resting Ox / Cow layered in brown texture coat (Approx. 4.5” Long).

Measurements & Scale:

• The tallest standing figure (Shepherd Boy) measures exactly 5.5 inches tall.

• The standing Kings are approximately 5 inches tall.

• Kneeling figures measure between 4 to 4.25 inches tall.

• Horizontal base measurements span up to 9.5 inches across when grouped closely together (as shown with the ruler).

Condition Details:

• Excellent Vintage Condition: Figures retain deep, rich hand-painted colors with minimal age-related paint wear.

• • No major breaks, structural cracks, or repairs. However Melchior wise man has small chip at robe and Joseph is mission something that was in his left hand. Please see photos

• Chalkware pieces may show tiny, typical vintage surface flecks or minor rim wear on the bottom edges, as is standard with authentic plaster pieces of this age. Tgere show very little.

• Clean from a smoke-free home. Please review all high-resolution photos for exact cosmetic details.
