This is an original copy in VG+ condition.

Spine - excellent. Intact / no tears.

Covers - excellent. Minimal shelf wear for 40+ years old. There is a yellowish / brownish blemish on the inside of the 2nd bi-fold (the separate map), not sure if it's foxing or just a smudge.

Corners - VG+. Nice & square. Fore-edge side corners are sharp, spine-side corners have some mild softening / blunting.

Interior - VG. Nice & clean, no marks, no loose pages, some inevitable paper yellowing, maybe a few foxing spots? Mild staple rust.

More photos available upon request.

I also have the related module, To Find a King (C4 / 9107), listed separately - it's in very similar condition.
