From the 2015 Pokémon XY Ancient Origins set, this Primal Groudon EX #97/98 features the full-art secret rare design and is professionally graded PSA GEM MT 10.

You’ll receive the exact graded card pictured. Please review the front and back photos for the card and holder appearance. The certification number and scannable codes are masked in the photos for privacy.

One pricing note: our recent comp research suggested a patient ask around $5,499, materially below the sheet’s $15,000 posting price. That’s still your chosen number, but I wanted to flag the gap before you list.
