Up for auction is this spectacular vintage 1990s tropical ocean dress from Peppermint Bay.  Just look at the pictures and see how beautiful this dress is.  This dress is made of a soft comfortable rayon fabric.  The fabric features a variety of starfish and sea shells.  The rope belt gives this pull over dress a more sleek & figure flattering look.  There are 3" slits on the sides at the bottom hem.  There are slit pockets on the sides.  As the pictures demonstrate this dress is in excellent vintage condition and ready to wear!!!!!
